Well, I did my first actual embroidery project this weekend! (I've done embroidery on crocheted dolls and things before, but never embroidery for the sake of embroidery.)

I'm sure the pun has been done plenty before, but it just popped into my head and had to be done. I just freehanded the picture onto the fabric with pencil and stitched over it.

It's far from perfect, but I think it turned out pretty good for my first try! And it was a lot of fun! I've already got my next project planned out.

Here's a close-up of the picture:

I wish I hadn't used a french knot for the period at the end of the sentence. I also wish I had put more stuffing in it. But still, I'm pretty happy!
