I took this hideous dress and hacked off about six inches of hem, and completely re shaped the neck to make it off the shoulder. I'm not sure how I like it, I feel like it's a little weird looking still and I don't know why. I love the sleeves and the top, though! Maybe it's too long? I really like it...maybe it would feel better with a lower neck on the front?
