I have 4 recipes so far!!!

My favorite is SPAM casserole: can of mushroom soup, cooked rotini noodles, ketchup, onions, chopped cheddar cheese, chopped SPAM, spices...mix all together and bake until warm and melty--yummy!

This is really cute!

Our county fair is coming up in a week or so and they have "The Great American Spam Off" recipe contest every year - - I am thinking of entering this year!

Last year's winner did a lovely cubed spam with cilantro & other yummy things wrapped in a wonton skin - - everything tastes awesome deep fried in a wonton skin!

lol I am always surprised to find that people actually do eat Spam...this project was for the April Fool's Day theme, but I learned so much about Spam, Spam festivals, Spam worship, Spam movies, etc.! Grin

I might have to make this an annual thing with my hubby...a dear friend of mine has introduced him to musabi, Spam sushi...and I am afraid he has joined the Spam cult...I remain not a fan of Spam! Grin
