That origami bookmark is really cool, I never would have thought to do something at the end like that

Hey guys, I received from Lindyv321 yesterday!  Grin

She sent me The Long Walk by Stephen King (under the pen name Richard Bachman). The summary states: "On the first day of May, 100 teenage boys meet for a race known as 'The Long Walk.' If you break the rules, you get three warnings. If you exceed your limit, what happens is absolutely terrifying..." Kind of like an early Hunger Games, but less about manufacturing conflicts between characters as far as the game makers are concerned. I am very excited to read it.

I am a Hufflepuff, so she sent me this awesome shirt =)

She also made me a "Reading is sexy" hoopla =)

And a Hufflepuff themed bookmark!

Thank you again for everything Lindy!

wow great initial packages!  I especially like this last one, I am so intrigued by that Stephen King book.  The tshirt looks great, well done, and the bookmark is cool with the beads and charms.

Fantastic package, Lindy!  I agree, the book sounds intriguing, I will have to get it now!  The shirt is great, is that a freezer paper stencil?  And the hoop--wow, great silhouette!  That's a beautiful bookmark too.

That book does sound interesting. I've never actually read Stephen King, I scare too easily :/

The shirt was done with a freezer paper stencil and the hoop was made using felt for the silhouette and stamps for the words.  I am so glad you liked your package RougeRaven!  I chose that book since it was one I have read myself.

Great Hufflepuff shirt!!!  Your badger came out so well, Lindyv321!!!  And I've always found those beaded bookmarks to be beautiful and rather decadent!

cute 'puff design Smiley I read the long walk as part of a bachman compilation a few years ago, I enjoyed it - it reminded me a lot of The Running Man
