This is the quilt I made for my sister.  She is an amazing lady who I admire a lot. She also happens to be a breast cancer survivor.  Through diligent mammograms and early detection the disease was caught and treated.  I wanted to make her a prayer quilt but pink ribbons don't really seem to be her thing so I used the ribbon block and added a wee bit of pink around the edges.

The quilting is a combination of free motion and walking foot.  I actually measured and traced and tried to do things correctly.    There are more details on my blog.

Beautiful! I don't think I've seen that pattern before but I like it a lot. I'm glad your sister is doing well!

You're such a sweet sister.  I really like how you rounded the corners.  Blessings to your sister!

I love personal swaps,  I print a lot of random fabric, usually with no purpose in mind.  let me know if you want any of it.
