Oops! Those plastic things are the inside part of milk jug handles. A friend of mine gets them from her brother who works in a milk plant (?) and uses them for finger pressing fabric. They might be good for paper too. I use them for travel kits.

That's exactly what I thought they'd be good for: folding and scoring paper. Like a bone folder only smaller. What a smart idea - the milk plant should repackage them and sell them to craft stores!
