I still love the sunflower fabric! Texscrapper made me two lovely pillow cases with that fabric for another swap. They're super!

Today the envelopes in the mail box were unaccompanied by a package but the mail lady came back several hours later with my wonderful hoopla from johnson.mom2two! Check it out:

A beautiful, embroidered and colored pumpkin patch with the Russian word for "Pumpkin" (pronounced tikva) arched over it! I love pumpkins and languages. Johnson.mom2two said she'd been wanting to something for me with those for a long time. It was completely worth the wait.
Thank you so much, johnson.mom2two!

LOL - I bought an entire bolt of that fabric from a quilt shop that was going out of business. It is such a pretty batik and so versatile - glad I get to share it with my craftster friends Smiley

That is a great hoop! Love how johnson.mom2two was able to incorporate two of your fave things!

Very nice hoopla! Johnson.mom2two had told me how much she wanted to craft for you, Calabaza. Now I understand why. Are the pumpkins and leaves applique or fabric crayon?

The coloring are all crayola... I did crayon tinting for my IVP partner and so that is one thing all my hoopla receivers will have in common...and the only spoiler I will give Smiley

I sent to Mrs. Awesome_Pants, and she should have received her hoop last Friday. I haven't heard from her, so I'm going to go ahead and post a picture. She wanted something from the book/tv series Game of Thrones. I, actually, am familiar with it a bit as my husband has the books and season 1 on bluray. So, I did the House of Targaryean symbol:

I really like how it turned out and hope she does too.

I've heard of Game of Thrones, but haven't read any of the series. Even so, that hoopla is awesome. Dragons are just so cool!
