Crocheting quite happily when I came to this round and I'm stumped. I've never come across this crochet term, there's no legend explaining what it means? It's the RR that's thrown me

Quote
Sl st in next 2 sc, ch 9, * skip 4 sc, rr in next sc, ch 5. Repeat from * around, joining last ch-5 with sl st in 4th st of starting chain.
