Am I too late to get the last spot? Hope not! I just got internet back after three weeks without and have been eyeing this swap on my phone with no way to join. Hope I get my questionaire in on time, but if not, have fun everyone!

Just a reminder on what is required.
Participants will be sending:
1)   Approximately one pound (LB) of coffee (ground or whole bean) preferable something local to your area. I know many bags are 12 oz so please try to send between 12-16 oz of coffee.
2)   A purchased coffee accessory of $10-15 value.
3)   Three points of crafted items. Please see point system explanation below. This is just a basic guideline. You can make a large, a medium and a small, 3 smalls, whatever mix you would like as long as it covers the 3 point requirement.
some ideas for items to make are:
   mug rugs
decorated coffee jars (etched ,painted etc)
   coffee cozies
treats to go with coffee (biscuits, scones)
wall art-needle art, mixed media etc
   coffee recipe book

Please note that anyone can buy coffee from Starbucks and other chain stores so the purpose of local (does not have to be your particular town but something from your state) is to provide something that your partner may not be able to ever get in their area. If you are having a hard time finding anything local to your area go visit your local coffee shops or internet search for local roasters. Last year I found an awesome local person who roasts her beans weekly and sells them at the coolest craft market in my town. Every week it is something different so you never know what you may find! Please let me know if you are having any problems!

Make sure to check in with the swap board here and with your partner. If you are not getting any response from your partner let me know asap so it can be addressed. I have been flaked on in several swaps and although an angel can be found it really does not feel good to put effort into making something great and realizing your partner was not thoughtful enough to do the same. Please understand that I know things can happen where this cannot be avoided so I am referring to those who just completely disappear without any response or reasoning. Let me know if you are having a problem completing the swap!!
And, last but not least, unless we get one more sign up I am ready to dish out partners!!! We have 19 signed up so amost a full swap.  Cheesy At noon eastern standard time I will start sending out matches. Please contact your partner and touch base. I am jazzed to see what you all create!

partners have been distributed!! I will also post this on the first page as reference. We had an odd number of people and I dislike the round robin style where you craft for someone who crafts for the other person so I scooped up two people. Please contact your partner and touch base. I am ready to check out my partners too. I really did not know until this morning who I was going to get as I wanted to make sure all allergies and allergens were taken care of first.
