Here's my cowl! I do not know how to knit or crochet but I had this yarn that I really liked and a crochet needle so I I gave it a whirl. I have no idea what stitch, if any I did. I  completely winged it but it I like the way it turned out and now I am happy and warm.

Hubby is always complaining that I make stuff for everyone else and not for myself or our home!  So, these are the things just for me!

1. A slouchy beret in a jewel tone yarn--done in January!
2. swimsuit coverup
3. lace shawl or shrug-done 6/11/13!
circular needle organizer/travel case with straps--ended up buying on instead Cheesy
4. cocktail/dressy dress for reunion
5. kimono robe (two years on my WIP!)

I had planned on getting started on one of my crafty for me projects this weekend but was sidetracked by having to pick a yarn...so much in the stash to choose from!  But I will persevere and cast on tonight Smiley
