Soooo, I guess I just need to vent here and see if anyone else experiences this...
I am in the middle of creating an ATC which takes several parts to complete. One part is both drying and pressing between napkins, under a heavy cookbook. Does the sight of such a thing not trigger suspicion? Well, hubby just yanks the napkin from underneath the book and uses it. Who knows where my pressing parts have disappeared to.
I am sure that all I need to do is to get  smart and label these things!! I do not have a work area, so I create all over the house, wherever there is an empty space.
Anyone else have this going on? I can forgive the cats for finding and messing up my stuff, but a grown man... I guess I am expecting too much.
Thanks for letting me vent!!

Blu... I doesn't help with a designated workspace! Men are worse than cats! lol
Nah... but honestly... he'll grab any pen of my desk, any paper or scissors
(I have bought special house scissors... but somehow it always ends up being
my fabric scissors that get to trim metal, or double-sided tape *cringes*)
Maybe I should consider getting a cat instead?  Smiley

(thinking about it... I probably steal way too many tools, and computer screws
and other stuff from him though...  Tongue )

Ohhhh Blu! That sucks! Sad You would think seeing something set up like that would make someone at least ask why that stack was sat there :/ Well hopefully hubby has learned from this mistake.
I'm glad to say that I don't have that problem with my craft supplies relating to other people (I TAKE OVER the kitchen table and everyone just avoids that whole section lol) ... though I'm also a bit ashamed to say that I tend to be my own worst enemy when crafting Tongue I've gotten stuff for crafts before, sat it in the box-o-craft stuff and then used it for something not craft related Tongue Only to remember the next day that I needed it for a craft project I had coming up! oopsie.

Hide it under the bed. I know that sounds ridiculous, but no one looks there!! I too have supplied scissors to my house for other means, and I have to hide my seamstress shears! i walked in on my brother using them to cut flowers and nearly had a heart attack!!

Poor blu! The worst things my husband does is call my craft stuff "clutter" and take my Sharpies. Oh yeah, and never puts back my orange handle scissors.  Grin

Happy Birthday Redstar13!

I won't let Mr. Bean touch my purple scissors. I was tired of him cutting out sticky stuff with them.

Thanks for letting me vent!!

So, blu, your post inspired me.  I couldn't help it.  It just hit me with the power of grumpy cat and a Cheshire grin---

In your honor, and that of all people with a similar plight, I have made the following tutorial:
