That apron is cute, I'm loving the colours and a bargain at 1.50, wish my charity shops had such awesome bargains (or maybe I'm not looking hard enough) Smiley

I really like that apron P_E_S_T.  Cute style and color combination.

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

Wow! LOTS of great projects posted since I last checked in!

P_E_S_T, what a fabulous way to upcycle! Never thought of using a curtain for wearable crafts... But now that I think of it, I guess you are in good company (Amy Adams in Enchanted and Julie Andrews in The Sound of Music!)

Love your infinity scarf, goktrose!

I better get busy and complete some more projects (to be "on pace" for 50 projects in a year, we need to do about one a week, right?)

Use what talent you possess - the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best

Everyone is off to such an amazing start - I've been a bit slow since I was multitasking between 7 different bags haha. But I'm finally done! I think the one I'm most excited about is my first Sherlock bag! check out the post here!

Highlights

I also made 3 Doctor Who themed bags, 2 Harry Potter themed bags, and 1 Valentine's Day themed bag! I won't spam you guys with pictures of the HP/DW, I'm sure you've seen enough, but the VD one turned out pretty cute  Smiley

Now what am I going to do next..... Smiley

To those in the uk - I'm in sussex, I run recycle days where I take groups into the local charity shop or to the local tip or to boot fairs and I show them how to upcycle.
We should get together and have a uk craftster tea party Smiley - just think of the bunting mmmmmm, we could even all have it as one of our 50 things to do Wink
