Hi there, I don't know what you're saying about the icon?

Are you spraying the soap with rubbing alcohol? Also slamming it down (gently) on the counter after it's in the mold but before it's set up gets the bubbles out.

Yeah, just ignore what I said about the icon. I did rub down the mould with rubbing alcohol. I'm not sure about the slamming  technique though. When do you do that? I would be concerned about burning myself and spilling hot soap everywhere.

You don't really slam it. Just lightly pick it up and drop it a couple inches, it takes some finesse. You want to put your rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and spray it on the top of the soap. Also, you may be stirring too vigorously and causing the bubbles to start with, so if you don't stir as much you may avoid the issue.

Yeah, I was stirring it a lot. I could lay off of that. And I will follow all of your advice. Thanks Kiss

It's the soap I'm working on for the B and B challenge Mare Mare! And I'm sleep deprived right now Undecided But I should have that remedied by Friday, and since it's the last thing I have to complete, and the challenge doesn't close until the 26th, I should be all right. I've gussied up my blog, have my facebook badge, so I want to do this thing right! Ok, gots to go to bed now......If I knew how to type snoring sounds I would. Night.
