lol - it might be ambitious.  Tracking all these envelopes is a pain!   Smiley  I wouldn't mind letting it go another month.  I figured sign ups would be open a month, so then sewing would start in March?

I've been following the current swap. Looks like fun, but Jan. would be too soon for me. Already have my Jan. slots planned, but Feb. would be good.
