Received from Titaniumhip today.

The stockings are AWESOME!!!!
No idea what are in them because we agreed that she would wrap everything, and I'm not going to give the stockings to the boys until Christmas.

They are felt (handmade?) and I adore the way they have small details that are different (the cuffs are different colours, as are the spines) and the colours of the felt are gorgeous!

Thank you SO much titaniumhip, so looking forward to the boys opening their stocking next week Cheesy

I asked whenindoubtsew to making my DH a stocking. I gave her just some general ideas of his interests. She sent him the perfect stocking. He's a huge fan of World of Warcraft and I showed her a picture of his favorite set of armor with shield.

She sent along an advent hanging calendar with gifts for every day. It took the both of us to string it along the wall. The bright fabric on these are too cool. There are Koalas and Kangaroos with Santa hats.

We picked fourteen gifts before stuffing the pockets of the calendar for the rest of the month.

-Star Wars Beanie, Cupcake Paper, Jack and Tardis pushpins, Tardis cloth, Lightsaber Pen, Doctor Who Keychain, Strawberry Decos, Trekkie Pendant, Christmas rubber stamps, Nintendo Perler Beads, WOW Logo Sticker, Chocolates and Candy Canes.

Someone miscounted her packages she sent us so there was one extra package that came the next day. Some items were half opened so I took that as "open me".
Cookie Cutters and Star Wars Cook Book I had on my pinterest.

Cthulhu, who jumped into the tree.

Three more Advent calendar items. Assassin Creed Card Holder, Holly Barrettes and Nintendo themed pendant.

I will make another post after christmas with the remaining Advent gifts plus the two gifts she sent for our stockings. Thank You whenindoubtsew! You made a Geeky couple very happy so far.

Awesome Star Wars cookie cutters! Everyone's stocking are so great. Mine hasn't made it here yet, but I'm hoping it will be here before Christmas.  Grin

Wee!!! I have received my stocking from Murbeck!!!

She filled one of my biggest wishes, a knit hat!!! I now have a warm head and I think I shall declare it as my new hunting hat.

Onto the pictures:
The hat!!!

Everything all together: painted t-shirt with Honda wings on the back for my motorcycle, ba-bomb, mario star earrings, a crochet beaded necklace, painted dr seuss quote, warm knit hat with ears, big mug with a 'J', the first harry potter book, iron on transfers, cool christmas scissors, Mario bandaids for when I'm clumsy and a cooked corn treat I will try when my boyfriend gets home from his truck run.

And the stocking is HUGE!! about two feet tall and has a lovely tree quilted in.

Thanks Murbeck for everything!!!

I told my partner Mini-Mum that I would post for her so she could leave them all wrapped up for the kiddies on Christmas morning....

So MINI....you can decide now if you want to turn away...(heheheheh)

Here we go.
I had 2 little boys from a completely different country from my own so I tried to instill some Canadian awesomeness in it.  THis came through in some sock creatures, a hockey stick and a kids book all about Canada!
I also found out they liked dragons so I went with that theme through tshirts, bedroom signs (which were actually drawn by my husband who go pressies in the swap) and then 2 big dragons on the stockings!
Obviously there had to be treats but I also put in the Cat in the Hat CHristmas Special book as I spent 8 months of my life working on it...so everyone needs to enjoy!

Hope you like your treats Miles and Scott!

I was "forced" to open a few days early due to changes in Christmas plans. Thank you purplepaisley!

The stocking is an absolutely amazing mermaid. Really creative! Filled with goodies of course. One of the hot cocoas and spoons is already gone.

And not only did the stocking really show her incredible sewing skills, but look what else was in it!:

An apron, and some holiday placemats (which are actually my first and only set of placemats so their will be winter holidays all year round).

Thank you!
