I've started crafting for the holidays and my first project to share is my silly jingle hat! Smiley
I used Sensations Sumptuous red yarn, white Lion Brand fun fur, and white chunky yarn, and a size P crochet hook.

This is what I did if you would like to make one also.  It's really just a basic beanie shape.
If you have any trouble with it leave a message I'll try to explain it better.

Chain 4, create loop.
11 Double crochet into the loop.
2 double crochet into each of the first 11 sts.
In the next round do 1 double crochet in the first stitch then 2 in the second stitch and repeat all the way around.
In the next round just do a single double crochet into each stitch and repeat for about 3 rows then switch to the white yarn for the last two rows.

Then just decorate it how ever you like, I've got jingle bells all around the puff ball, hot glued on the green sparkle balls and added a few holiday buttons.

You can find more pics here

Thanks for viewing! Smiley
