This is an ultra simple pattern for a beginner sewer like me, but I think these two fabric draw string bags turn out really cute with good fabrics and ribbons.

I stenciled the red monster onto this great city fabric.

Fell in love with this great squirrel fabric on etsy.

Ditto everything in the last comments.  I LOVE the fabric on both bags - and great job on the bags.  They are adorable Smiley

Oh, I love both of these!  That was such a great idea to stencil that monster on the city one!  And of course, who doesn't love cute woodland creatures!?  I want that squirrel one Wink
