Okay, so I bought some beef ribeye sliced really thin for bulgogi. I bought far too much for just my husband and I and now I don't know what to make with it! I've already made bulgogi and a simple stir fry with the beef. I'm thinking my only choice left is to make Philly Cheesesteaks, but I'm hoping someone here can help. Also.... I never buy vegetables 'cause my husband won't eat them, so they always spoil. Sad Help?

Does he like Mexican? Thin steak works well seasoned and wrapped up in tortillas, and you can add whatever you want to yours.
