does anyone out there have this machine...i bought it at a sale and cant for the live of
get the decorative stitches to work....thanks for any help...   judy

I believe if you do a search you should be able to get the manual for this.  Then you can find out how to get the stitches working for you.

http://www.manualsonline.com  doesn't have the manual for your  machine model,  but there are links to other sites that may be able to help you.  You can always put in a request to see if someone has one.

Thanks ladies....but....it did come with the manual. BUt i am having trouble understanding it when it comes to the decorative stitches, and mind you i have been sewing for OVER 50 yrs!!!! sometimes it is HARD  to teach an OLD dog NEW tricks.... i had NO trouble using the the kenmore 6 stitch and the 12 stitch...but having trouble with this one!!! i know it is probably soooooo simple i am missing it completely, but i am NOT giving up...I WILL  perservere....LOL

I don't have this model, but here's some ideas:
check stitch length and width
is there a dial that you have to set? 
I don't suppose they still use cams (mine does, I have like 30 different ones)--the cam needs to be set down all the way, and make sure it's the right way up.
