gel pen and oil based paint marker on vellum surface mixed media paper.  I love how the water turned out.  I thought I was going to mess up the painting for sure once I started painting the water.  But, I'm pleased with the results.  It looks like water (not actually trying for realistic looking water) or blue flame.  Either way, it looks cool.  I think I may leave her eyes looking as they are.  The "undoneness" adds a bit of creepiness into it.

Great picture. It's somehow a little sad too, maybe it's because it reminds me of the lady of shallot.

Thank you Antidigger.  I must say, I had no idea who Lady Shallot was so I googled her.  It does have a bit of Lady Shallot feel to it now that I know what you were referring to.
