I was curious if there would be any interest in a recipe swap specializing in freezer and/or crock-pot cooking.  I'm completely taken by this idea of having a prep day and ending with a week's to a month's worth of dinners that you can then just toss in the oven or crock-pot.

I've participated in a couple of recipe swaps before and they were great fun!  I'd even be willing to give organizing a go for something like this, assuming of course there isn't already a discussion going that I missing in my quick search of the board.

Love this idea. I am a lazy butt when it comes to cooking, big I love soup do the crock pot is perfect.

That sounds like fun. I have an allergy to black pepper so finding recipes is always something hard to do.

Online most recipes say something like empty a jar of barbecue or spaghetti sauce, but most don't realize that most jarred food contains pepper or the word I hate so much "Spices".
