Depends on what your favorite crafts are but my favorites are ClothPaperScissors which features mixed media types of goodies and many of the magazines from the Somerset Studio line. There are different magazines for dolls, fashion, home, jewelry and mixed media stuff.

There is a UK magazine that is pretty good for mixed crafts.
Its called Mollie Makes, quite modern and targets the younger folk.

OMG - it so depends on what crafts you do too.  I love the magazines put out by Stampinton & Company - like Somerset Studios, Somerset Life, Belle Armoire Jewelry, Jewelry Affaire, HandCrafted - they are some of my favourites, but are pricey.  I also love ClothPaperScissors, and likely may get a sub myself as it often has something very inspirational.  But they also have other craft specific magazines too like for various types of Jewelry making, scrapbooking, needlework, quilting, sewing - so what are you specifically looking for?  I loved Craft magazine that was published by the same people as Make, and they have an on-line magazine now instead.

Also, where are you - because some of the international costs for shipping is awful.  All the ones I listed are in the US.  I occasionally pick up some of the UK or Australian mags, but they are special treats as they are quite pricey  here in Canada.

It really depends what you like to make.  There are some good knitting ones.  Burda is one of hte best sewing ones or Ottobre, or Threads.  I love the Somerset Designs ones Stuffed, Somerset Apprentice, and Art Journaling.  Craft was awesome but they discontinued it.  If you speak French, Marie Claire Idees is awesome (I don't speak french and have still bought it anyways).

Sometimes you get to change the world, and other times the world changes you.
