Fabulous Crafty Magic!

Oh man, everything is fantastic...Do I have to wait a WHOLE YEAR for B2H4?!
I know the wait is hard, but I promise you will not have to wait a whole year for another HP swap.  As you know, right now is the HP Holiday, and after the holiday season, we are having the One Awesome Harry Potter Thing swap!  And of course, you always have the HPC. Cool

Somewhere around week three after the sendout IsikkahJai must have hit her head quite heavily somewhere, because she thought she had to send something superhuman to make up for the delay. To me. Who is Queen Swap Anxiety I. of the Lands of Late Sending (our national anthem is the tooth grinding and low key growling of the swap mod squad Wink).
So I got the most undeserved Package of Awesome, and it gave me quite the shock!
OK, I think I've calmed down a bit over my package now and might be able to face the entirety of it in pictures Smiley Smiley

Let's start with the magic duelling game for my kids (they LOVE it!)

Stuffed but not sewn shut yet (there was no need to send heavy stuffing, I always offer to stuff things for bulk and weight reasons)

Wand pens for everyone! And that's a beautiful box of scrapbooking supplies underneath

And handmade note books for us to scrapbook in

Now the thing is that my kids don't scrapbook. They really don't see the point of unnecessary cutting and pasting in their lives. But the moment they saw the note books, and the supplies, they turned into instant scrapbookers! They've been cutting, pasting, writing, glittering and stamping, and inventing spells to inventarise in the books, so this has been another big success with the kids (and me, I love mine, too Wink).

But there's more! Ravenclaw and Snitch hair accessories, refill pens for the wands, Japanese candy (eeek!). There has been more candy, but it's already gone Wink and a book of crosswords that my not-yet-English-speaking kids totally plan on doing (I was told just now that they do indeed speak some English already thank you very much). Also, I got the cutest Severus Snape postcards (that somehow didn't make it on the pictures) and some glow sticks.

More! Tree of life in Ravenclaw blue - with beads and stones, and wire in two colors. You can't see it in the picture, but it grows outwards like a real tree. It's such a beautiful thing that I have put it up my wall for when I don't wear it, because I want to see it all the time.

And then there was this - a trunk filled with more stone beads, jewellery supplies and cute tiny potion bottles that are completely unavaiable here:

At this point I would already have declared my dear IsikkahJai totally nuts, but guess who the trunk belongs to: Luna Lovegood!

She so beautiful! Gentle, dreamy eyed, pretty, and did I mention extremely well made? She has perfectly shaped fingers and arms and everything, basically.

Thank you thank you thank you IsikkahJai!

Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss KISSES FOR POSTING PICTURES!!! Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss  Kiss
Mine came out craptacular, lol. And please don't say the package was undeserved T~T I adore you and all the things you do inside the crafter community and for your beautiful boys at home -^^- YOU DESERVE TO BE SPOILED >.> And that's that. Period. Grin
Also, you've really, truly gotten the best of everything I can make! I can think of no better person to send it to. Honestly. <3 you Vera!

Oh, and the Ravenclaw tree is made out of Lapiz Lazuli, which is said to be one of the most powerful stones to wear when you need to make things clearer for the mind. (I know I become extremely aware of EVERYTHING when I wear this stone. People, things, places, words--drives me nuts how much my brain over works -.-u So I can't wear it for too long though or I become quite a talker---and NOT in a good way, lol).

That magic dueling game looks freaking awesome. I wish I had it. I think I would just throw them randomly at people who didn't know they were HP related.
