I still haven't started the stocking yet, but I am on track. I have most of the other crafted items done. Technically I could stop now, but there are a couple more items I want to make. I am happy with how the item I made today turned out. I couldn't find a pattern for what she wanted so I had to make it up. That usually doesn't work out too well for me, so I am very pleased it turned out (and relieved).

I would love to swap for things kids could do in the car on a long car trip (3 girls ages 5-12). I can knit, crochet or trade yarn.

The storm hasn't really hit us yet, but I spent all day cleaning and getting ready. Making myself a winter hat real quick tonight, tomorrow I craft for Sevs! Bought a little stuffer the other night too!

I have sewn two items today. One of them being the stocking (I want to keep it). I have one more item to sew and a few more items to craft.

I'm just waiting for 1 more stuffer to come in the mail. Otherwise, I'm finished!  Smiley

So I'm having issues with this one stuffer that I am determined to make. The other night I had a dream about the stuffer. It worked up fairly quick and looked really nice when it was all done. I'm hoping that my dream was more of myself seeing the future. Wouldn't that be nice?

Alright, I'm awake and ready to craft. Well, after I have bacon and eggs! Work was cancelled for my husband and I due to a state of emergency. My Mom is off too. My dad is out there delivering mail on foot, so please keep him in your thoughts, I'm worried about him.

In more cheerful news, I'm going to finish making a ________ today, which I hope is Sevs' style. I think it will be. I'll keep checking in here until our power goes out I guess. Muppet Christmas Carol time.

I have a couple little things done for stuffers. I'm not happy with my stocking so I will do it over one day next week.  Grin

I'm using my days off for the hurricane to get some crafty stuff completed.  One item done yesterday, one more completed today (so far.)  If I keep my electricity, I may just get everything done by next week!
