Man what a busy week!  I got nothing done.   And by nothing, I mean nothing... nothing for this swap, nothing for my own projects, nothing.  I've had just enough time to drive home, feed the dogs, and pass out.  At least the worst is over as far as I can see.

Checking in from my hotel room 8 hours away from home. I've not had a great deal of crafting time what with work and a nasty cold that's been with me for a week. I would be perfectly happy not coughing for the rest of my life as I've done more than my share of that in the last week.

Quite unexpectedly, there's a fabricville store nearby, so I swung by and picked up two fabrics which should be used in my stocking as they were the two bits that weren't already in my stash. I've also got some sketching done for a _____ to put on _____.

I just have the stocking and a couple of small things left to do. I'm crossing the border tomorrow so maybe I'll just have a little run into Joann Fabrics...  Smiley

I got a _____________ device at a thrift store this weekend for a really good price!   I am so excited.  I haven't figured out how I will use it for this swap yet but I am sure I will work something in.  I played with it til late last night!  I haven't made a lot of progress yet, but I have purchased a few supplies and hopefully ideas are mixing in my subconscious.  I have also been looking through a lot of my magazines for Christmas ideas.

Yesterday was awesome for me. I researched some ideas for the stocking, just about finished one small item, and got more than halfway through a big one. I think I know what I'm going to do for the stocking now, but I'll let that idea marinate for a bit. I have a vision for this package now!

I have got a few more stocking stuffers done, they are scattered all around, need to get them all together and see how many I have!

I really want to get some fabric and get the stocking done so I don't have to keep the stuffers I've made so far in a paper bag, where they are now. It looks really... non-festive. (Until you open the bag and see the fun inside!) Maybe I'll order some online so I don't have to contend with the ridiculous crowd I always find at my fabric store...
