I made these two felt badges for the Felt Badge Swap Round 2 as an angel package for Sharalee.  Both are made with wool-blend felt.  The cat is about 3" long, and the circle is about 3", as well.

How do you make the badges. Did you use needle felting layered roving, or sew layers of pre-made felt sheets?

They're both excellent with lovely stitches! I love the kitty one. I ended up buying some felt from that Etsy shop you recommended and it's deeeelightful.
