At a craft show recently I saw these totally cool skirts made with double layers of two different recycled t-shirts and they looked comfy and unique. I would like to try to make myself one from my own t-shirts - but I'm really not sure where to start. Are there any tutorials for turning t-shirts into skirts?  I think the artist sewing the skirts was jupiter girl

There are tons of tutorials for making clothing out of t-shirts. Google it, and visit t-shirt-surgery.livejournal.com and take a look at their tags.
