Remember when store-bought Father's Day cards had images of vintage cars, duck hunting or fishing, and sailboats, in tones of sepia and brown?  As if all our diverse dads were living some 1% life of leisure?  I always thought they were so out of tune with the many types of dads we have.  I originally envisioned this design for a Mother's Day card, but since it was just as appropriate a sentiment for fathers, I decided to use it for that day of acknowledgment instead.  The apple stickers are a Recollections design from Michaels craft store.

So true...all the brown. My dad never wears brown.  Cheesy I like this. It is upbeat!
