so I have an obsession with duct tape. like seriously. And obsession. And to raise money for my exchange semester in Spain next spring I set up a website to sell some bags to friends and get some $. I had some left over blue and yellow tape after making a few bags and put my love for theatre and need for a large bag into this:

front. I cut out the faces using exacto knives. a little scary at midnight last night Shocked

back. I wanted to do the whole thing blue to take away from the blindingness of the yellow  but alas, I didn't have enough blue tape left. Oh well I like the stripe Wink (ps it's not crooked, I realize that in the picture it looks crooked but it's really straight I swear!)

inside, large pocket for gum and pencils and such along with a velcro closure. Not sure how much I'll use the closure as when I put books and binders in it doesn't close too well but that's okay Smiley Since I was running out of tape the pocket pictured here is green and the strap on the whole bag (in the first picture) it black.

and now my friend Aly ordered a woven, pink and lime green bag. And oh man was I excited to get this order. Pink and lime are my favorite colors ever. So here is is (sorry Aly if you see this before you recieve your bag Wink)

comment are welcome Cheesy

I love the pink and lime one (they're may favorites to!) but as a tip sometimes its easier to avoid wrinkles if you put weights at each end of the first layer, make sure everythings perfect and then cover it the second layer, otherwise they're lovley.

thanks for the tip notasingletear! I'll keep that in mind next time I make big bags like this. When I do smaller handbag sized ones I don't get as many wrinkles. Less tape to deal with I spose Wink

Walker, they're beautifullll...

and if I had money I would definatly buy a duct tape purse from you.. since I'm almost completely duct-tape-purse-making-challenged.

and i act like a child, and i'm immature,
and i'm filled with doubt, and i'm insecure.
sometimes it creeps up on me,
and before i know it i'm lost at sea.
but no matter how far i row,
i always find my way back home.
but i don't know what i've been waiting for...
