I couldn't find a Gothic choker that I really liked so I decided to make my own. The choker is made from black bias tape with a tube of netting scruntched up and stiched occasionally to hold it in place. The decorations are coffin shaped buttons, one of which is used as the fastener for the choker and the bat is a pedant with the original chain removed. Both are available from Alchemy 1977 although I bought them through Drac-In-a-Box.

One thing I thing I did learn from making this is to allow for the thickness of the scruntched material when measuring your neck and check for scratchyness when you choose the netting. Luckily it all worked out okay and it comes in handy for covering those vampire bites
