I received a wonderful matchbox from CraftyMamaBee. She used St. Anthony for the front and a lovely medallion for the back.

Beautiful back

Goodness inside

Two of my favorite items. My Dad was a Navy man to I love the eagle and anchor.
Thanks CraftyMamaBee

Here is my lovely matchbox from Whistley! She went with my cute animals cursing theme Smiley

I love the little turtle picture! I have one like this as my Etsy profile photo. I also love the AWESOME Harry Potter teeny stamp! And I love things with my screen name on them Smiley

Thanks so much! I LOVE MATCHBOXES!

Hooray, I received both boxes!

From crabcake:

My favorite part is actually the road inside the box. How clever to add that little detail. And a good use of a map which covers the box. Who needs maps anymore Smiley Also a good use of old stamps. I wonder if I have any hanging around some year. And the box was actually a bit deformed because she stuffed it SO full of quite the array of little items. Never thought to put a foreign coin in. And in the past I have definitely needed a few fake leaves for an ATC so those will be put to good use very soon.

From whistley:

Some great little items. Whistley - how did you do the etching in the washer? Very cool and I want to do that! And the tiny matches button is hilarious to include in a matchbox. The homemade stamp has already been put to use. In case anyone can't tell the box decoration, it's a strand of DNA made of beads. So creative. And flexible so you can actually play with it. I never would have thought to use beads. Love it!

Thank you!

Yep, I also love the detail of the road inside the box and that beaded strand of DNA is very clever! That's the great thing about this swap, everything is so small it's a bunch of details that would be lost on something bigger.

FrankSpinello has received from me and we agreed I'd post pics for her.

I chose her tree theme, small rodent theme and bee theme.

- a wooden squirrel brooch (it lives in the tree)
- 2 glass beads (hoarded by the squirrel)
- 'dew drop' earrings
- foliage ring
- wooden bee magnet

I'm a little worried because it doesn't look like much in the pic but I can assure you I couldn't fit anything else in!
