We haven't moved all of our stuff yet, but we stayed at our new house last night!  It rocked!  The spring peepers (frogs, for those who haven't experienced peepers) serenaded us all night and we woke to ducks quacking, geese honking, and robins singing!!!  My son saw a fox with 5 kits yesterday and my hubby saw them again this morning.  My only worry is my little Haily vs. bald eagles. . .  no internet out there yet (may have to go satellite -- has any one use WildBlue?) so I will only be checking my shop once late in the day until further notice.  I may close up for the next round, actually, just til I get more settled.

I haven't moved my sewing machines, fabric or craft stash, but I have it packed, sort of.  Cheesy  Hope all is well with you guys!

Happy Belated Birthday, AM!!!

Sound idyllic A2K!

Lana and I tie dyed 23 tees in the morning for her upcoming Bday party and then spent a few hours at Sheep & Wool.  Didn't have a chance to meet up with Ptarmic and Freestyle on Sat because Lana's practice schedule for their upcoming NMAI performance.  ALl the wonderful roving made me want to try spinning again.  I ended up buying 6 skeins of white wool yarn to dye with the leftovers dye from this morning.  A long, but satisfying day.  Now off to cook dinner and then bake with the kiddo.  Tomorrow is the hubby's Bday.  Smiley

Hey, does anyone have any excess dried lavendar? Or feel like making some no-frills sachets? I am looking for some anti-moth sachets to toss in my many (many many) containers o' fiber....

Yep, no frills or I can make them myself if you just want to offer the lavendar.  But it is a good chance to practice sewing!
