Zombies, fish, unicorns, geometric designs.....I realllly love everything posted. I hope this becomes a regular swap as I have other ideas for small projects.

Me too! I was really torn between two other ideas and the one I used, so it would be really awesome to be able to do the others, too!

I received! Check it out!

And here's a little self portrait of the artist.

It got a little crumpled in the mail, but the skill shines through. I just need to go digging for a frame. I have to get this up on the wall.Cheesy

Phewww! I missed a lot in the past few days! I think I've covered everyone here, it's looking like a great gallery!

playswithneedles, I love the fish! All of the colors are pretty, and the back is just as awesome as the front!

Deece's needle work is so neat! I like the detail in the clouds, and the tree's different colors are a nice touch!

Alexampersandra, That typographic a and z are right up my alley! I especially like the a! I think I might have to try something similar at home!

The scene of the geese and tree tops is so pretty! I love the colors of the sunset.

Mountain and Clouds, that cutout is pretty! It must have taken plenty of patience to cutout everything! It looks great!

Smmarrt's Beatles lyric art is wonderful, I love the use of mixed media, in both pieces you did! The buttons really pop off of the fabrics you chose.

Sylwa, The wood cut and burned fairy is very nice, I love the colors in the winds especially!

Kwality570's cute monster is absolutely adorable! The background is so neat too! I love the texture so much!

Jen Sew's fabulous sun piece is beautiful, I love the gradation of the rays. They really pop against that blue!

mlookyloo1's zen tangle is great! I like all of the different little patterns. Now I really want to try my own hand at a zen tangle.

iliveonarainbow's canvas is so great, is it paint, beads AND embroidered flowers? I love the combination! It makes such a pretty pattern. The back is just as neat!

I'm in love with the owl by jasminewolverine! The detail in the who piece is great! I thought for a second it was embroidered. I'm blown away by the detail Smiley

I like the photoreactive art pieces, it's something I've always wanted to try and that vintage looking card is pretty sweet too Cheesy

The flowers AlphaBrett received are really neat! Was it done in water color? I love the detail in each flower

The Unicorn is fabulous! The colors are so bright! I love how the Unicorn steps out of the frame, so clever!

sweetyeevil's embroidered bird is the sweetest embroidery, the flowers look great!

cinnamonteal's watercolor and pen fish is beautiful! I'm a sucker for ink and water color and it looks like you really nailed this one!

Beunruffled's glitter geometric shapes are great! I love the attention to the the details you put in!

semicharm86's Zombie pinup is so neat! I love that the frame coordinates with the Brains too Smiley

Anaigam recieved a wonderful bird piece, I love the doodle like quality of it!

Crafting along nicely :)

I received a whole heap of arty goodies this morning, including my 4X6 art Smiley

Love that it's been mounted and framed - it didn't even occur to me to do that - but I wasn't functioning very well when I sent.
It took me a while to realise it was an octopus. Love it! My 3 year old was sat with me while I opened it and insisted that it went up on the shelf!

How did you make it? I'm intrigued Smiley

Thank you so much for gifting me such a wonderful piece of art Grin

Wow that octopus is amazing!

And now for my new piece of art, from craftylittlemonkey:

And because everyone deserves a close up:

You can see the little beads up in the corner and a better shot of some of the great stitching!

Thanks again!

CLM I can't help but stare and try to figure out how you did that!

Stitched little strips of fabric together then stitched pin tucks (not uniform sizes) at the seams, then opened and closed them and embroidered them in place! It was really fun actually, I tried a few open/close/open/close positions before I was happy with it. My kids tried to steal it, always a good sign Cheesy!
