6 months ago i lost an aunt who was my mommy. in starting to clean up the pieces of life i decided to use some of her clothes to make pillows for the family. i only made 3 so far but have a few more planned.

i made this one for her son who had bought her this sweater. he almost cried when i gave it to him today


i made these 2 for my uncle with two of her favorite shirts.

Love both of them!!!  I especially like the color and lettering on the blue one - I would love to have a t-shirt like that!  You did a great job - simply lovely to memorialize your aunt/mommy this way.  Beautiful!!  Sorry for your loss, aprettymess - but you have certainly remembered her in a special way.  God bless you, sweetie!   Smiley

 Smiley thanks. my uncle loved them and i cant wait to finish a few more for her sons and myself. i know they will be hugged and squeezed alot!
i also love the lettering on the blue one. that was her fave shirt because it was a bit mischievous for her  Tongue
