These don't have any other purpose other than looking sweet.



The ladies are paper, the stands are little miniature spools, the wands are watch hands and the wings are dried flower petals Smiley

It's a sort of thick paper/card. It's called a Dresden border. I get mine here, from alphastamps. It's pretty useful for trimming and finishing edges.
