A friend of my brother had a baby girl with his girlfriend. So, I found a really great fabric bundle at my local fabric store to make something for them! The colors coordinate really well, and I'm not sure if it comes across in the pictures but the white fabric has little pink star outlines on it. The backing came from my stash. I think I'm the most pleased about the binding fabric I found - it really brings out the greens and contrasts nicely with all the pink and purple. The whole thing is approximately crib sized, but maybe a little bit bigger.

This is my third quilt, and my first time working with something more complicated than squares. Please let me know what you think!

I really like how this picture shows off the stich-in-the-ditch square quilting.

Blurry close up of the binding. Green with white polka dots!

Thanks for looking! Cheesy

What a delightful quilt for a baby girl.

Look twice, buy once. Nooooo
Look twice, decide I can make one instead.

Love this baby quilt - you did an outstanding job on it!  Pretty, soft colors of fabrics!   Cool

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments! I forgot to mention this in the OP, but the quilt is 100% flannel with low-loft batting, so it is very soft Smiley
