So, my husband told me I couldn't have any more yarn until I used up what was in my stash. This ultimatum probably came from the fact that there are about 4 cardboard boxes next to our couch that are full of stash and WIPs. I decided that I should make something out of my yarn stash to hold the remainder of my yarn stash (of which there is considerably less!). I present to you my stash-eater basket!
I kind-of used this pattern- http://www.craftyarncouncil.com/basket.html in the medium size, but as I got to the end of the pattern I decided it wasn't tall enough so I just kept going.
Note- no clowns were harmed in the making of this project.

The colors make me a little dizzy, but that can be attributed to 4 out of 6 strands of yarn being different forms of varigated yarn.

Here it is with the brim rolled down, thought it looked nice that way.
Sorry for the pictures, I'm stuck with my phone until I either get a better camera or a better camera phone. lol
