Triangular Cutout Bag!

I saw the rectangular cut out bag and the circular cutout bag so I had to make my own. The Triangular cutout bag! This is my first attempt at a cutout bag of any kind and it wasn't too bad once my brain caught up with the rest of me. After I took this picture I pressed the seams which makes it look a lot less round. I put hidden magnetic clasps inside for the closure. I know I'll do better on my next one especially the cut out part and I'll add some support on the bottom and the handle area.

Has anyone seen this on Craftster?

Great design - and very well done. The piping in the seams adds a real professional touch. What are the dimensions? Any chance of a tutorial?

Each side is around 16 inches. I think of it as a bigger than small bag. A tutorial is possible.... When I get the chance to make another one I'll make sure to document it step by step. While I was making this one I kept thinking "I should be taking pictures of each step" but thopught if I did it would jinx it and the bag would turn out all crappy.

Certainly NOT crappy! This bag is very nice, the shape and fabric really compliment each other.

Better on the next one? This one rocks!! The shape, fabric selection, even the background of the picture...nicely done all around. Makes me want to go have lunch on a beautiful dock like that with a beautiful bag to show off like you did. Love it!!!
