Yay, I love UntouchableFace's contribution to my altered book!

So much depth with the colors, and the artwork on top is perfect. The surface feels like a kind of vinyl, which is really unexpected since this is a somewhat brittle old book. I'm so glad the altered book bug bit you!  Grin (as in getting hooked on making art in books -- not as in biting insects being in this book, for the record.)

And as a pretty awesome bonus, she also sent me 3 skeins of reclaimed sweater yarn!
I've never had this much of one kind of yarn before, and I've just figured out the basics of crocheting, so thanks to this generosity I can actually make something of substance now that isn't a conglomeration of different scraps!  Smiley (I do love scrappy projects, but I also want to attempt something solid.)

BIG thanks, and I'd be happy to art-up something for you any time!  Kiss

Wonderful! You know I want to get that book from you, calluna. Better guard it carefully.  Cool

Ack been busy and got behind in commenting but I'm trying to make amends  Smiley

Kaz - The comma hoop is hysterical! I think the superhero cape just puts it over the top

Loves - The fuzzy little sheep is so darling, and the chef aprons are clever!

indigo_roses - I too covet that shrug you made! The color the shape, everything!

OGD - You make my jaw drop, you make the TM style look so stunning and perfect! I can't wait to see more from you in this style.

RaraAvis - The HP mug rugs are seriously cute! As are the light plates.

Averia - I always love your stitching! So neat, and you must have worked your hands to the bone getting that package done.

Untouchableface - I am seriously drooling over that red/aqua yarn!!! I want to squeeze it and pet it and own it! And your contribution to calluna's altered book is amazing!!!

fiddlegirl8 - Wow, just wow - the entire package was thoughtful and touching. I know we craftsters live for a package like that! My favorite is the pear pincushion

Ffrogg - Im in awe of that owl hoop. The colors just explode off the black background. Great job!

StickerChic87 - Awesome package! That fabric book is amazing!

Teachart - Love the cheese hoop! I seriously need to try that faux batiking method soon. And the woodland sampler is seriously so precious. The squirrel and meat is my favorite part!

calluna - Yummy fiber porn. Thank you for the viewing. The batt you made looks like strawberries and ice cream to me for some reason.

redstar13 - The peacock feathers are so lovely!

Happy Easter!!

In typical me fashion, i didn't realize that i missed some new entries here.

ahhhh THAT BAG, onegroovyday! it's like having a mini autobiography to take wherever LHH goes. each part is amazing, together--crazy amazing. extras? yikes! did you not sleep during this swap?! everything is so crisp and gorgeous. the two of you did such a creative dance here at the Chillin--it was great watching you.

great mug rugs, RaraAvis--so cool. Those clutches are really lovely, too.

nice t-shirts--that Pipsqueak is hysterical.

Fun hoops--i wish i could get that embroidery thing really going. the "always sunny' tags give it a real nice finish.

Gorgeous owl hoop--wow.

I love that clutch by stickerchic87 and that fabric book is awesome! i love that. that envelope pouch--also crazy wow. beautifully made and so fun.

teachart--that cheese hoop is WILD! i never saw such an homage to a swiss wedge--but i also think that it's totally deserving! and that wilderness hoop also--crazy great. that is really art. everything that you make--it's just true art.

cool hair fashion by redstar13--and jillybeans your hair is so beautiful--that all worked out perfectly!

beautiful page by UntouchableFace, wow. i love the colors and especially the inkwork.

Brava to all in the gallery!

Pioneer9 has received and asked me to post photos of what I sent.

I sent 4 ATCs and 8 inchies.  I had 10, but accidentally vacuumed up two. Sad

And an apron that I made a stencil for and painted with fabric paint.
