I received an amazing bookmark from Brackish Potato (not sure if it was today or yesterday-we forgot to get the mail. lol) I love the bird and she did an incredible job with black and white!

and the back

Funny, I don't remember being absentminded...

I need a skein (two would be great) of Knit Picks Gloss Bare sock weight to finish a shawl.

Woo! I received from Aprettymess, and I love it!

She went with an idea from my pinterest - and as an aside, I love latitude and longitude and how we as humans have struggled/succeeded with inventing them and now using them.  So doubly good on her part!

Here's my bookmark!

A lovely fabric bookmark with a painted lighthouse and my lat/long coordinates!

The back is nautical too:

And here it is in use for such an appropriate book:

River Horse by William Least Heat-Moon is about his journey by river boat across the entire United States. It's a great book (if you like that sort of non-fiction topic) and now I have a navigational bookmark for it!  And next it goes into a tallship book. Smiley

Okay, so my first post is all kinds of screwed up, lol. If I have you displayed incorrectly, don't worry. I'll fix it monday when I have access to a printer to get a hard copy of all the groups.

On a happy note though, I received from bec99 today!! I love it! Straight off my pinterest board!

Thank you so much!!

I received my first bookmarks in the mail today from Eclectic Dreamer.
Group Shot:

The white one says " People say that life is the thing...but I prefer reading. - Logan Pearsall Smith," in Eclectic Dreamer's lovely handwriting.
Here is a detail of the back:

And a detail of the pretty yarns and ribbons from another bookmark:

Thank you so much! I really enjoy how they are all so colorful.

Received my wonderful KOI bookmark from mandykaye today!  And she sent me fabulous extra papers that I will definitely use in my scrapbooking/bookmark-making/paper-crafting endeavors.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!  Lovely, and fun, fun, fun!  (oh, and please excuse the dirty carpet in the pictures!)

I received a package from Summer6061 chock-full of Bookmark-y goodness!   Yay!

Group shot!  (Man, was I spoiled!)

Individual Bookmarks:

Glittery and nude, I love this little fantasy bookmark!  Just my style!

And a bookmark with a touch of the Cyrillic!  Since I totally love the Cyrillic alphabet---(okay, I speak Russian, lol)---this bookmark is just my cup of tea!

Loving the bold colors and broad swirlyness of this one!

Action Shots!

And this one slips right over the page with a peek-ee-boo-hole that is like a window into the book's world.

What a wonderful package and amazing bookmarks.  Totally spoiled!
So fun swapping with you, Summer!  Thanks!

I received from gozer!  Two beautiful fantasy bookmarks, plus extras!

Group Shot!  The two metal ones are for me to finish.  (Yay!  I've never had metal bookmarks to work with.)

This gorgeous fantasy creature is SO beautiful!  She'll fit perfectly in my copy of Lord of the Rings!

A magnetic bookmark--fun idea!  And such a gorgeous little nudey!

Action shots!

These are so wonderful, gozer!  These are stunning bookmarks!  Thanks so much for swapping with me!  Always a pleasure.   Grin
