Hi, I'm not Elizabeth but I'm the girl whose hair she did in the first photo you are talking about . . . and oh yes she has bleached hair. She took mine from 6 years' worth of black dye to platinum blonde.

Yes, ma'am, I've done my fair share of bleaching, on myself and others.  All the color jobs I posted pictures of required intense pre-bleaching.  I have also done plain ol' blond, which can actually be quite sexy in a punk kind of way in spite of the common stereotypes...anyone remember Nancy Spungeon, girlfriend of Sid?  Anyway, the point is yes I know how to bleach.  It's kind of a bitch to do color and bleach in any place other than a salon, because of the rinsing required, but it's totally possible.  You just have to be willing to either lean over a porch while I hose down your head or strip down and shower (privately of course).
