so, photos first.  each pic is of the front and back:



then with small clear beads on the wire cage part:


to make them i knit a square with wire, with the large bead in the middle of the square, and then smooshed the wire around to make a sort of cage on the back.

hope the images are clear enough, and thanks for looking

I love the juxtaposition of the wire cage and the green bead! And I'm always amazed by knitting on such a small scale. Awesome!

That's a brilliant way to wire cover your beads. I like it. How did you get it to be so small? Did you use tiny needles? I guess the same could be done with crochet. Smiley
