I made this quilt for my partner's Christmas present. It was a bit late, since I got overwhelmed by it and its problems before Christmas and gave up on it. Luckily, he gave me a sewing machine for Christmas, which inspired me to solve the problems and finish this quilt! It's made of all his running and cycling race T-shirts which he has collected over the years, and wanted to keep due to sentimental value, but never wore. So I looked up lots of designs for T-shirt quilts online, but found them mostly boring... just squares. So I made this pattern. It's my first quilt, so it was a learning experience, and to my eyes the flaws are pretty obvious, but apparently, not to my partner's. He and the dog both love it!

That is such a clever take on a tshirt quilt!  I really like the design and that you incorporated your partner's interests into it as well.

Looking for postcards from anywhere to use for RSVP cards for my 8/2012 wedding.  Have 80/200.
