I made these today thanks to MareMare's post in the Healthy Eats-Along and they were fantastic! I used some garlic mustard that I had and paprika instead of steak spice. They were so crispy--I love that oiled tray trick! I hate frying things in oil, and these were so non-greasy and didn't make me feel gross after eating them. Thanks so much for the recipe!

I'm definitely going to give these a try. Thanks for the tips. Next time I'm at the store I'm getting those Panko crumbs. I noticed them on sale too. Thanks for sharing and thanks MareMare for the heads up.
