I agree, it's beautiful. Just as it is- I would vote for plain ends, not mitred.

The fabric organizing and ATC display are brilliant.

That purple scarf is gorgeous!

I can imagine the stuffie and it sounds perfect for the kiddos!

Here is my latest project -- I upcycled some upholstery samples and made a purse.

It's entirely from stash, except for four lobster-claw-type clasps that attach the purse straps.

Maybe my favorite part, is that there is a pocket inside that is the PERFECT size for my Iphone!

It's definitely "for me" and kinda "striped" (in a way... if you interpret it loosely!) I've had a sizable stash of upholstery samples for a long time, always intending to make purses out of them but never quite getting around to it. The DeStash-Along was just the "nudge" that I needed to get the long-dormant project underway! Thanks!

Love that bag! I like purses are are just one big compartment on the inside.

Finished another mini project last night. Used up some of my felt stash. (can't go down that aisle at Hobby Lobby) I made a needle book for me. I just can't keep sticking my hand into my pin holder & coming up with a needle. Not the best way to store them.

I'm using some of the yarn left over from the scarves & making headbands. Hopefully I'll be able to sell them at work. And I am going to make some for my Dad to take to a soup kitchen he volunteers for. Maybe they'll be able to give them to someone who needs them.

Incredible purse there endymion.  I would never have thought to piece so many samples together like that. Your purse looks professional.

The Flower Headbands are great that1girl. Is that from Creativeyarns, Zen and the Art of Handicraft? Lovely scarf too.

The purse is fantastic!  I love how you used so many pieces to bring it all together!

The shawl scarf is gorgeous, that1girl!

I knit a few hats using leftover bits of yarn in my stash...I also wrapped several cardboard pieces with scraps of yarn to send to someone...so mostly destashed a little yarn Cheesy

These are the tychus hats found on knitty.com if anyone is interested...they are fun hats but I had to modify the pattern because the first one (blue and white) was huge!!!
