Hey there,

Here's a recent drawing I did of my partners Gretch. Kind of messed up the neck as ran out of room... Silly me! Haven't drawn propertly for nearly 10 years and would like to get back into it again. So any comments or advice are welcome!

Very nice! I know how it feels to not draw for a while...I haven't tried for at least 9 years, when I took a class back in high school.

Thanks girlies! yep last time I drew was when I was in high school. I then concentrated on my management studies, and now after finishing uni and getting a full time job and need more creativity in my life.

The one thing I'm finding hard is finding the time to draw - but once I get started I find it hard to put the pencil down. I'm using a a small A5 notebook at the mo so I can do small drawings like his one. Although this is only my second so far, it only took me just over an hour so not too time-consuming. Eventually I would like to move on to bigger pieces Smiley

It looks lovely! It's a great study in perspective and contrast. Apart from the mentioned placement (I often do the same thing and I draw for a living Cheesy) I think you've done wonderfully.
