I found some little paper maché Santa forms at Michaels, and having learned my lesson after not properly stocking up on their paper maché elephants before they all disappeared, purchased every single one they had in stock.  Cheesy

Here are my first three Santas. I painted them and inked them to make them look old. They all looked like they needed work, so I gave them each something festive to hold.


Here they are having an important Christmas strategy meeting:


Some of the rest of them will be wearing non-traditional Christmas clothing, and some of them will be re-assigned to garden gnome positions for the spring. I need to get painting!
