sorry I have not answered sooner. 
I will write a pattern w/ pics very soon.  I did not follow a pattern.  I used a circular peyote tube starting at top.  I then ended with the netting dress.  First one I made had native american colors with a feather in her headband. 
Coming soon my personal version of these basic girls.  my crafty friends, patience........

Wow, some peyote stitched wings would be a wonderful addition to these!  Good good good idea!!
