Okay, I've wanted a long beaded necklace for a long time.  This is what I came up with this afternoon:

It's funny...I wanted the bead placement to be very random, but it took me a lot longer than anything I do that has a pattern.  I kept on stringing and restringing when I wasn't happy with something.

This necklace features bone beads, wooden beads, shells, glass beads, creamy e-beads, and semi precious stones (agate, leopard jasper, red jasper, unakite, and green jade).

Comments appreciated!

I have just recently become active on these boards because of a newly acquired digital camera, as well as a muscle tear that has forced me to stay at home.

Pretty! I love the earth tones and materials! And I agree--random necklaces are WAY harder than patterned ones! I really think more when I make random jewlery... when I do patterns, I'm like a robot. lol.

Pretty. I like long necklaces. The colors are very nice.

Umm, do I want to be H&M?  That's a store, right?  I've heard of it, but never seen one....

Thanks for the compliments, guys!

I think it's very nice...random designs are dead hard...

and I personaly would wear it a lot if I owned it :-)

About the H&M comment. I think it depends on where you are from wheter it's a compliement or not.

I'm swedish, and I throught all of high school refused to buy anything from H&M cause that meant that everyone else would have one...( now when I have to pay for my own clothes I LOVE H&M). but since it's a high street store, and it's hard to find a town that don't have at least one H&M it still is a case of, If you Love it, 100,000 other people will as well :-)...But as far as I've understood, it's not that many H&M's in the states so it might be different there.

Enought rambling. LOVE YOUR NECKLACE
