Another Ami Dragon, this one is for a friend who's favorite color is orange, you might remember the scarf I made her for Christmas.

I used a different pattern for the wings this time, I'm not sure which I like better. This one I think looks better, but the other one works up a lot faster and doesn't look that bad.

Also, if anyone has any ideas on what I can use a lot of orange yarn on, I would really appreciate it. I bought one of those huge skeins with 1144 yards and it seriously hasn't shrunk at all. It's taking up too much room in my yarn storage area!

If you know any hunters or have any camo yarn you need to use up as well you can make camo hats with safety orange stripes, or you could make a whole bunch of little safety cones - http://www.aliciakachmar.com/blog/craft/safety-cone-to-the-rescue - this site has a really cute ami pattern.
